The restart file is too large to download it
in a single piece. Download all pieces and
then cat them:

LIST="$(ls C950.250.piece_*)"; for i in $LIST; do cat "$i" >> C950.250; done; unset LIST

Yet, some old operating systems/compilers will not be able to handle
a file larger than 2GB. In that case you will have to read the restart
piece by piece.

The md5sum file contains the md5 checksum for each of the partial files
and the reconstructed file (obtained with the md5sum command on Linux/Unix
machines). The md5 checksum for the complete file is repeated below:
