The *.uvw11 files are raw binary files of history of the nine Fourier modes described in the papers.  
The main Matlab script to read them is PFsave.m which uses routines in the library  PFfun.m

It outputs de *.mat files of band-integrated derived histories, which are computed by PFfun.PFlee.m. Modify that routine to use different summary variables
