Columns 1-8  contain:
   St  K epsilon  b11  b22  b12  SK/epsilon Relambda

Here, S is the mean shear rate, K is the turb. kinetic energy, epsilon the 
turbulent dissipation rate, and
bij = <ui uj>/2K - (1/3)deltaij is the anisotropy tensor.
The nondimensional viscosity is nu = 1/200.
Relambda is the microscale Reynolds number defined by 
  Relambda = sqrt[ 10*K/(epsilon*nu) ]
