Title: High Reynolds Number Channel Flow Experiment

There are three experiments making up this case, they are define
below. The Reynolds numbers are based on channel half-width and
centerline, bulk and friction velocities (for Re_c, Re_b, and Re_tau
respectively). 1/kappa and B are the log law fitting constants for
U+=1/kappa*ln(y+)+B. Each file name is appended with "uvw" for the
mean and rms velocities, "uv" for the (negative) Reynolds stress, and
"U+", for the mean velocity in wall coordinates.
