Title: Fully Developed Rotating Channel Flow Experiment

The files for this case are organized by Reynolds number, with
directories labeled by the Reynolds number (e.g r2250 for Re_b=2250).
Within each directory there are files for the mean velocity profiles
(named ro*.mn) and the rms and reynolds stress (named ro*.fl). For
each file the "*" in the file names is replaced by a indicator of the
rotation rate (e.g. ro12.mn for the mean velocity for
4delta^2Omega/nu=120). In addition, various parameters and constants
for each flow included in the case are given in param.dat.
