The restart file is too large to download it
in a single piece. Download both pieces and
then cat them.

cat C550.066.piece_1 C550.066.piece_2 > C550.066

Yet, some old operating systems/compilers will not be able to handle
a file larger than 2GB. In that case you will have to read the restart
piece by piece.
