The file in this directory contains statistics extracted from direct
numerical simulations of statistically-stationary homogeneous shear
turbulence. These data are averaged over time and space.

 1.icase     : index of simulation
 2.Nx        : streamwise number of grid points after dealiasing 
 3.Ny        : vertical number of grid points
 4.Nz        : spanwise number of grid points after dealiasing 
 5.1/nu      : inverse of kinematic viscosity
 6.alp       : 2pi/Lx, Lx is the streamwise length of the simulation box
 7.gam       : 2pi/Lz, Lz is the spanwise length of the simulation box
 8.Ly        : vertical length of the simulation box
 9.S         : constant mean shear, 1.0
10.CFL       : Courant–Friedrichs–Lewy number
11.TS        : simulation time in shear unit with transition discarded
12.Rez       : Reynolds number based on S, Lz and nu, SLz^2/nu
13.Re_lambda : Reynolds number based on Taylor microscale
14.utau      : sqrt(-uv+Snu)
15.dx/eta    : streamwise resolution before dealiasing
16.dy/eta    : vertical resolution 
17.dz/eta    : spanwise resolution before dealiasing
18.q         : twice of the kinetical energy, urms^2+vrms^2+wrms^2
19.diss      : dissipation, nu*omega_i*omega_i
20.eta       : Kolmogrov scale
21.urms      : root-mean-square of u
22.vrms      : root-mean-square of v
23.wrms      : root-mean-square of w
24.oxrms     : root-mean-square of omegax
25.oyrms     : root-mean-square of omegay
26.ozrms     : root-mean-square of omegaz
27.-uv       : tangential Reynolds stress
28.S*        : shear parameter, Sq/diss
29.P/diss    : ratio between production -S*uv and dissipation
30.Cuv       : correlation coefficient between u and v,-uv/urms/vrms
31.Le        : integral length,(q/3)^(3/2)/diss
